Development layouts for Epstein's secluded Caribbean island featured within the images.
Furthermore included in this latest document release appears to be a property layout for the Great St James island, found in the US Virgin Islands.
Epstein purchased a more modest island - Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but later purchased the bigger Great St James in 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
These photos suggest he had formulated plans to build upon the substantial island by erecting living quarters, an open-air theater, an underwater office and a pool.
Visible on the drawing is a channel, a marine passage in the territory, marked on the lower right-hand corner.
This development map is marked up in notations in red and contains a key labelling different parts of the property.
Alongside the main plan are what look to be an additional nine property layouts and construction drawings, including designs for boat shelters.
Further materials released as part of the current investigative process.
